Products do not need to be packaged, and there are no sample requirements. Please ensure that you list all your products and services for sale on your Exhibitor Contract. Please note that cooking on-site is not permitted. Food preparation and service will be strictly limited to warming and reheating. This must comply with the safety regulations set forth by the City of Mississauga Fire Department: https://www.internationalcentre.com/site_files/content/pdfs/forms-guidelines/city_of_mississauga_fire_regulations.pdf
The warming or reheating of food items at the facility must be conducted using only electric devices or butane burners. Butane burners must be placed on a back table, away from public reach. All food vendors are required to fill out and submit a Special Event Application to Peel Public Health.
