Modern Monochromatic White Wedding Cake

Each of these techniques separately are beautiful techniques to learn and apply to your cakes, but they come together to add something special to an all white wedding cake. First, you will learn to texture fondant with a ribbed rolling pin, creating a fabric-like finish, then apply it onto your dummy cake. Then, you'll learn how we create our quick abstract wafer paper flowers that add an ethereal element to any cake. We will then create pulled jasmine blossoms out of gumpaste to add softness to the final design. And lastly, we'll arrange everything on your cake to create a flowing, cohesive and beautiful design.
