You will learn why it is so important to be diligent and aware when baking for people with allergies. How to prevent cross-contamination when baking. Why you should not bake gluten-free or vegan treats on the same day you bake using regular flour products. Different ingredients that can be used to make gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan treats. I will share one of the best vegan royal icing recipes that I have used and demonstrate how just a few simple ingredients can produce a thick vegan royal icing.
