Classic Lambeth Piping

A demonstration on how to use royal icing to pipe a classic Lambeth cake using an assortment of piping tips and techniques. These techniques can be transferred to buttercream as well with slightly larger tips for a more vintage style cake. We'll discuss things like balancing your design, choosing borders, different techniques like drop strings, and much more on how to achieve beautiful piped cakes without hurting your hands in the process.
